Watch Complaint Procedure

To make the complaint process easier, please read the steps below:

  1. Checking the Complaints Terms
    Make sure the watch qualifies for a claim, for example, manufacturing defects or damage incurred during shipping
    Check if the product warranty period has not expired
  2. Filing a Complaint

    Provide your order details, a description of the problem and, if possible, attach photos of the damage
  3. Completing the Complaint Form
    You will receive a complaint form from us, which you must fill out and send back with the watch.
    Make sure all information is correct and legible
  4. Returning a Product
    The watch should be sent to the address indicated in the complaint form.
    Please pack the product carefully to avoid further damage during transport.
    We recommend using insured shipping
  5. Consideration of Complaints
    The complaint will be considered within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the shipment.
    We will inform you about the results of your complaint by e-mail or phone.
  6. Return or Exchange
    If your complaint is accepted, we offer the option of exchanging the watch for a new one or refunding your money.

Important Information

Please keep your proof of purchase and documentation related to your complaint.
The costs of sending a complaint may be covered by us if the complaint is justified.
